Welcome to the AFFORDABLE STORAGE CENTRE (2007) Website ("Site"). AFFORDABLE STORAGE provides this Site as a service to its customers.

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

Although you may "bookmark" a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of this Site still binds you to the terms. We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.   We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us and we'll correct the situation.

You understand and accept that all materials, including text, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and other materials that are part of this Site (collectively, the "Contents") are owned by AFFORDABLE STORAGE. You are expressly prohibited from using any Content without the express written consent of AFFORDABLE STORAGE. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site or any related software.

Any permission granted herein terminates automatically without further notice if you breach any of the above terms. Upon such termination, you agree to immediately destroy any downloaded and/or printed materials.

User Comments, Feedback, Postcards And Other Submissions

All comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to AFFORDABLE STORAGE on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, the "Comments") shall be and remain the property of AFFORDABLE STORAGE. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to AFFORDABLE STORAGE of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Thus, AFFORDABLE STORAGE will own exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Comments. AFFORDABLE STORAGE is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; (2) to pay to user any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any user Comments.

You agree that no Comments submitted by you to the Site will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s). You further agree that no Comments submitted by you to the Site will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any Comments you make.

Product Information

AFFORDABLE STORAGE is a self-storage business. In addition to renting storage units, AFFORDABLE STORAGE offers packing supplies, boxes, and other related products. The prices, when published on the site, are quoted in Canadian dollars.

Rent

  1. All rentals are calculated monthly and are to be paid in advance.
  2. Rentals are computed on the basis of a non-calendar month, commencing on the date of signing the Rental Agreement.
  3. The first month's rent is to be paid on or before the first day of the non-calendar month; which has been established in number two above.
  4. A minimum of one month's rent will be charged. If the renter vacates during the first month, no refunds will be given.

Refund Policy

If the renter vacates part way through a month, after the first month, rent will be charged at 1/30 per day prorated for up to 15 days. Credit balances will be refunded to the renter only if the space is used less than 15 days of the month paid. Affordable Storage Center (2007) reserves the right, at its discretion, to accept payment only in cash or by debit or credit card, in lieu of any cheque tendered by the renter.

This site and all contents of the site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

AFFORDABLE STORAGE expressly disclaims any duty to update or revise the materials on this site, although AFFORDABLE STORAGE may modify the materials at any time without notice. By your use of this site, you acknowledge that your use is at your sole risk and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of this site. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold AFFORDABLE STORAGE harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or AFFORDABLE STORAGE. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. AFFORDABLE STORAGE also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly, deny you access to the site.

Note: This termination clause does not apply to rental contracts. In order to terminate a rental contract, please contact our on-site managers.
